Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information DialedIn (“we”) handles and how. DialedIn is built to be private by design, and we try to collect as little as possible.

Your practice conversations

When you practice, what you type or say is sent to our server and on to our AI provider to generate the other side’s replies and your feedback, in real time. We do not save your practice conversations to a profile, and we do not use them to build a record about you. They are processed to give you a response and are not stored by us.

What we store on your device

DialedIn keeps a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage — for example, how many free runs you’ve used and, if you subscribe, a token that unlocks Pro on that device. This stays on your device and is not a personal profile.

Payments

If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects the information needed to process your payment (such as your card details and billing information). We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run DialedIn:

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service.

What we don’t do

Children

DialedIn is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Please don’t use it if you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your country.

Your choices

You can clear DialedIn’s local data at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. If you subscribed and want to cancel or ask about your data, email us at support@akilitech.io.

Changes

We may update this policy; if we make material changes we will update the date above.
